As we approach the upcoming busy season, we wanted to offer a few reminders when it comes to orders.

To start: Please be aware that Orders will be taking longer to arrive than normal. This is because our publishers are also very busy preparing a lot of orders (it is also their busy season). As always, we will be sure to contact you, either by call or text, as soon as your music arrives in store and is ready to be picked up. We want you to receive your music just as much as you do!

Secondly: Please be sure to order your music sooner rather than later! As I already stated, it is the busy season for our publishers, and so music will be taking longer to arrive than normal. This is on top of the risk that the piece is unexpectedly backordered by the publisher, or the risks of mailing things in general. If you want to ensure your music arrives on time, please order before you really need it. While this principle is always highly recommended, it is especially applicable now. Better to be safe than sorry!

Finally: In case you ordered your music and it is not going to arrive in time, we wanted to remind you about the Copyright Law regarding copies. In the event of an emergency, you are allowed to make/print copies IF (and only if), you have:

• Ordered and Paid for additional Parts.

• Have proof that they are ordered and paid for.

• You only print the number of copies you ordered initially.

• Shred/Destroy any and all created copies as soon as the ones you order arrive (even if it is after the event that you needed them for).

If you do not comply with these guidelines, then you would be breaking federal law
