Originally from Canada, she completed her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Victoria. Mandy performed with the Regina Symphony Orchestra and The Doxa Theo Trio prior to moving to Utah to complete both her Masters and Doctoral degrees at the University of Utah. Dr. Glettler has taught at the University of Utah and freelances throughout the Mountain West and teaches privately..

Dr. Glettler believes that students benefit greatly from one-on-one instruction from a specialist on his or her instrument. Dr. Glettler tailors each lesson to the individual and their musical goals. In addition to technique and musicality, she incorporates theoretical and historical aspects into each lesson. Mandy wants her students to have the most well-rounded musical education possible. Her students have pursued music at the college level and have been the recipients of scholarships and awards, both regionally and nationally.
